Large branch fallen from old tree

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7874678.

There is a very large tree in the back of the church yard that dropped huge a branch across the path today, even though there was no wind.

It looks like the tree might be dieing and therefore pose a risk to the public.
