Overgrown hedge is narrowing pavement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7911417.

The hedge outside (I think) number 36 is now 30-40cm out from the property boundary and has narrowed the pavement so much that only one person can get through by the lamp post. Anyone with a double buggy would have to step into the road to get past
