Debris from vehicle impact to fence and recently planted laurel hedge

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7953605.

Debris from the fence is obstructing the pavement - also, the new laurel hedge is already some way across the pavement. There's never a good place to plant laurel but it's difficult to see the owners of this one trimming it every six weeks, which is what it needs.
