Water running from service hatch, Royal Victoria Park

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7956042.

Inside the road entrance to Royal Victoria Park on Weston Road and Park Lane, before it meets the inner ring road, there is a lot of water coming out by what looks like a service hatch running down the road to a blocked drain. Is it possible something can be done about this? I believe it has got worse recently which is strange considering the dry spell we have had.
