The light is at the level of our bedroom and it is so bright it is affecting my sleep I wonder if a shield could be placed over the front edge of the light to deflect it away Unfortunately it’s just the level Apologies this is not a complaint but a request to improve this. The issue has been present since the lights were changed sometime ago but I couldn’t think of a solution until now.

  • We are sorry you are experiencing issues with glare from the light opposite your house. To help reduce the glare we have instructed our contractors to change the lantern and fit a shield to the side of the lantern nearest your house. We hope after our contractors have attended you will notice the difference.
