Tree overhanging the road

On 4 July 2025 a large branch from an ash tree from this plot fell and blocked the road. We are concerned that this large ash tree overhanging the road opposite no 31 Charlcombe Lane may also be unsafe due to ?ash dieback or sudden tree drop. Other roadside trees on this plot are covered in ivy and look at risk of falling. The land is Council-owned and leased to the Scout Association.
