Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7961130.

Green vauxhall hasn't moved for at least 2 months. MOT checks shows it expired on 18th June 2025. Loads of rubbish in car and tape holding petrol cap shut.

Car has sat outside 136b Coronation Avenue for months.
