Myself and three other people witnessed a man falling from his mobility scooter caused by a significant dip in the pavement/road at the point of a dropped curb. You can clearly see that the pavement has sunk in this area and needs immediate repair.
When my wife and I rounded the corner from Third Avenue into Shaftesbury Road opposite the Public toilets we seen a man lying in the road with his mobility scooter partly on top of him. Luckily he said he was uninjured but you could see that he was very shaken by the incident.
