Overhanging tree

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7965622.

Following earlier message. I have spoken to St Gregorys and the tree is not in their boundaries it is the other side of the fence and their area

  • Have checked with school again, tree not on their land. Postcode is ba22eg , can you tell me who's responsible for this area of land as tree will become dangerous and i have children that use the garden and would also like to prevent any damage occurring sooner rather than later

  • The Land Registry hold information on land ownership, which can be accessed through their website for a small fee. The council do not own the land to the rear of 3-27 Ridge Green Close. Please advise if your address is not one of these properties and supply the address.
