Lights have not been working at night since 4/8/25 (there had been some drilling carried out in the road during the day time of 4/8/25

  • Further to above we are now investigating this as we suspected cable damage is affecting these lights. Will shall keep your report updated throughout the process.

  • Further to above we confirm that our investigations to date have confirmed that the underground cable fault is affecting these lights

    We have sent instructions to our contractors to carry out the work to resolve this issue and we shall add further information here when known.

  • We understand that works are now complete and the lights should be working as normal. This report is now closed but if there are further issues then please log a new report.

  • Street lights have not been working for at least three weeks

  • We are aware that light 2 and 3 are not working are are sorry this is still the case.

    As regards Light 3, this currently has no power supply and National Grid have been asked to restore supply to this light.

    As regards Light 2 we are intending to upgrade this column and provide a new more reliable power supply from the other side of the road.

    Our contractors have been asked to carry out the work to Light 2 as soon as possible.

    We hope this information is of help and thank you for your patience in this matter.
