Tree blocking street light and speed VAS sign

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8024345.

There is a large tree that has grown over a street light and also is blocking light and site of the nearby 20 mph sign and VAS solar sign that needs attention
