Weeds are growing in the drain gullies on Spring Ground Road, causing flooding in rainfall

    This is a black bollard with no reflective lighting. My mum was pushed over by a car coming the opposite way into this which she did not see as the road is dark and the bollard has zero lighting. Her car was written off sadly, but this all could've been prevented if she had seen the bollard . I have video footage of that night showing just how dark it is and how that bollard did not show up at all. Her whole accident was unfair and now she's left without a car because of this. I have sent it to all others and they all have a reflective band around them so cars are able to see them and want to know why this hasn't happened here.
