Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8086903.

Weeds all down Dapps Hill are moving rain water into road. At the end of Daaps Hill as it turns into the park, there is such overgrowth of weeds the water is not getting into the drain. Houses opposite are often at risk of flooding
