Tree leaning at a dangerous angle.

I live at number 1 Walden Road, Keynsham. My house faces onto a public green space. The council planted a tree on the green a number of years back. As the tree has grown it has grown not straight but has grown at a large angle which is facing my house. The angle the tree is leaning is getting worse each year. The weight of the tree is clearly now all on one side of the tree. I am now very concerned that with Autumn coming and the risk of high winds the tree is in great danger of being blown over. If this happens it will cross a path and therefore could come down on a member of the public and with the now hight of the tree will hit my house. I think it sadly needs to be removed before this happens.
