Overgrown trees
Reported via desktop in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 16:33, Tue 2 September 2025
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8109618.
I recently moved in to my house (6 months ago) and just wondered who is responsible for the piece of land behind my property. There is one large beech tree and another almost as tall but very straggly which is quite near my property especially when the wind blows! I am concerned as if this smaller ones gets too big then it could have an impact on my property. There are also some very tall Hazelnut trees along the other side of my fence that could do with cutting back.

Hi, just wondering if I might hear soon about cutting some of the trees. I don't really want the smaller beech tree to grow too much more and become like the other one. They are very close to my property!
