Yellow van illegally parked
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8114044.
This yellow van has been on Weston Park East for at least a month now. There is a couple who visit it at times. They hang their washing on a rack outside. There is rubbish eg toilet roll and underpants - under the van. The chemical toilet is sometimes outside. The smell of sewage can be very unpleasant at times. A note in the front of the vehicle says broken down - in which case it needs to be towed away. It is not legal to park there - and if a couple is living there is a parking ticket on it but it is being ignored.

We have looked into this issue and found that it doesn't meet our criteria for intervention as an abandoned vehicle. Please e-mail public_protection@bathnes.gov.uk and inform them that "There is rubbish eg toilet roll and underpants - under the van. The chemical toilet is sometimes outside. The smell of sewage can be very unpleasant at times."
