Hedge obstruction

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8114225.

There's a hedge coming over no.63s wall that my blind friend keeps walking into when walking past, its been cut back but its still over hanging to the point where its taken over the lamp post.
