Lights are stuck on red

Temporary traffic lights - as if they didn't cause enough issues, they're stuck on red today. Long tail backs as a result

Once again temporary traffic lights stuck on Red in both directions at approx 07.30 when people are comuting ,this poor management of the traffic is causing a lot of stress and massive air pollution in the area,please stop this occurring as it’s also very dangerous
