Footpath between Grove Street and Henrietta Street , Bath - overhanging trees

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8202837.

Will the Council be trimming the overhanging trees along the footpath between Grove Street and Henrietta Road. I am only 5 feet 8 inches tall and need to stoop in some places. How do those 6 feet 3 inches tall cope?
