Street light on Cheltenham Street not turning on

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8227388.

The street light half way down Cheltenham Street, next to the fence for the plot to let, is not turning on at night - it has a speed restriction sign affixed

  • Further to above, we suspect there maybe an issue with the underground cables feeding this light and are investigating this issue.

    We shall add further information here when known.

  • We are sorry this light is still not working, we have followed this up with our contractors today and asked them to carry out the necessary work as soon as they can.

  • Further to above, our contractors have confirmed that the cable which feeds light 2 has been found to be damaged. We are now investigating the best way to provide a new supply to this light. We are sorry the light will be out for while longer for this reason.
