Inadequate 20mph speed guidance along Coombe End, Clandown

Reported via desktop in the Faded road markings category anonymously at 10:55, Thu 2 October 2025

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8242647.

There is inadequate 20mph speed guidance along Coombe End, Clandown. This road is 900m long & only has 2 x faded 20mph road roundels along its whole length. Additional 20mph repeater signs are required. This is a Road Safety issue as drivers do not have sufficient guidance that they are driving on a 20mph speed restricted road

  • These signs have been requested by the Police in order to be able to commence a community speed watch scheme. Please can they be given the priority they deserve.
