Hole in pavement deeper than 20mm

I am reporting a hole in the pavement of Calton Gardens. It is in the pavement on the north side of the road, adjacent to the open space between the last houses of Calton Road and the first houses of Calton Gardens – so west of the junction of Calton Gardens and Alexandra Road. It is right next to a lamp standard (I wonder if this is related to the problem). I think it is getting worse and is now deeper than the 20mm you mention in your online form.
