Safety railing to hold on to going down and up steps...again!

Reported previously...said it fixed ...but no railings there! Can you put railings up on these steps to hold on to. The steps are dangerous for the elderly and disabled. And when returning email can you state whether it's going to be done or not be being done! So I know whether to take further action elsewhere...thank you. Esme

    A refrigerator was delivered to someone on my street but the delivery guys have left all packaging on grass verge. Not sure if you can track what company is responsible for this by the photos given.
