Racist graffiti

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 12 hours, 30 minutes later. Council ref: 8245711.

Across the round about racially motivated flag has been painted. Most consider this to be a hate crime.

If nothing else it has made the roundabout harder to see as it’s not longer white.
