Potholes and Conflict With Cars Getting Worse

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8245919.

This road surface has been deteriorating for over a year. I reported before that as a cyclist coming down the hill I am forced into the holes as oncoming cars do not give way thinking that I should be over to the left. There is a particularly large hole now before the bungalow on the left that I have been forced to ride over (in) when a car won't wait to let me through. As we are coming into darker mornings it is even more dangerous as I can't see the road surface clearly enough. This road is dangerous on two levels - risk conflict with cars or be forced to hit large holes. Its dangerous.
