This car has been parked here for weeks if not months, as you can see in the photo weeds are beginning to grow under the back tires given it’s on a hill, the amount of time it would take for the silt to build up for th weeds to grow speaks for itself. Parking is bad enough in the street without having to deal with abandoned vehicle. I hope you are able to address this to help the people whom live here.
