Loud beeping coming from manhole.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8250256.

There wasn't really a category for this... A loud beeping noise has been coming from a manhole at the bottom of Cranwells Park on and off for a week or so. We have mostly noticed it at night. This evening it has been going off for half an hour.
