You are doing roadworks on entry hill and entry rise and hawthorn grove is blocked... Leaving now access to get down entry hill. The letter we received to notify us says that there will access will be maintained for businesses and residents? But it isn't the case so far today. Could you clarify please and also why do they have to block entry rise junction... It seems like it's a very big area to block off just to put a zebra crossing in. Also not helping with the traffic flow at the same time there are roadworks on roundabout by mulberry park which is causing delays & on the B3110 by st Martin's hospital... So if residents can't access entry hill it means more traffic on already congested roads with other roadworks!

The closure of entry hill from the Bradford road end is causing much more traffic and pollution on all the surrounding roads. The ‘work’ that appears to have just been completed is a ‘widened’ pavement ! What else is being completed that requires the entire road to be shut for 6 weeks ! My commute to work is taking a lot longer every day, the impact of this closed road is making all roads such as Wellsway and Bradford road and Midford Road clogged with traffic. Having visited the entry hill site that is supposed to have work being completed, there is rarely work going on and a small change to a pavement cannot be a sufficient reason to shut a main road. Will it reopen on time ?
