End of Sydenham Buildings always has litter

The end of my road is always in a mess. It is a combination of businesses and residential. The bin by the white car on the right of the photo is always blocking the path. The bins on the left are always overflowing and are always out. The bottles are new, having been put out after our Friday collection. Rubbish collects at the end of the street and blocks drains. Local takeaways could help this situation.
