Previously reported and replied as ‘fixed’ - 8284084

Previous reported that the majority of the road does not meet the council SLA, and is a failure of your duty to discharge you obligations under the highways act 1980. The majority of the road is not ‘reasonably passable for ordinary traffic without danger’. You have reported you have fixed my previous report. But nothing has been done. Please can you 1. Provide the evidence of what has been done and 2. Put in place a proper repair strategy. This will likely require the majority of the road to be resurfaced. I remind you that this is a school route and the current state of the road is likely to cause an accident.
