The light has not been working for 2 - 3 months

  • We can confirm that the issue with light 002 is due to a fault with an underground cable.

    Our team is actively investigating the problem and arranging the necessary repairs.

    We apologise for the delay and will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

  • Further to our above, our contractors have instructions to install new cable and connect the supply to the light. We are sorry for the delay and have asked our for this work to be carried out asap. We shall add further information here when known.
