The signage is not clear enough to prevent bikes and electric scooters proceeding up and down this footpath without dismounting.

The signs at either end if this footpath are not clear enough to indicate cyclists and electric scooters should dismount. This is a regular issue in this footpath. Today my dog (who was on a short lead) was nearly run over by a man on an electric scooter as the path bends around outside number 35 Bloomfield Avenue.
