Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8372450.

Desperately need a grit bin at the bottom of the hill, ready for the cold weather. I was promised one last year, and we never received it. We have to fill dog food bags and drive grit to the hill. The hill becomes inaccessible.
