A large Horsechestnut tree has been felled blocking two footpaths

The trees were felled more than 2 weeks ago and two footpaths are blocked at the western end if Hunstrete lakes. I believe the land owner is Andrew Hillman. Can you please ask him to remove the blockage. Thank you.
