Slippery leaves in the footpath in Garrick road

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8373784.

Trees loaded with leaves that now block the path and the surrounded areas. It is blocking also the gutters. Please clear them as it is very dangerous as I am a registered disable and there is a huge risk of slip

The issue with the leaves still remains, please can they be cleared from the path and the surrounding roads.
