Car abandoned - I'm reporting this again as it still hasn't moved since beginning of August
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8374239.
The car is still outside my house - and has not moved since June of this year. The response I got previously was that you can't do anything as it is taxed etc. However it is still there and I imagine you will just have to move it for the Bath Half, so I'm trying to save you a job!

We can confirm that this still vehicle still does not meet the criteria for being classified as abandoned under our current guidelines. If a vehicle has valid tax and MOT, and there are no visible signs of neglect like flat tyres, excessive dirt, or damage it’s less likely to be abandoned. Sometimes cars are parked long-term for legitimate reasons, like storage, travel, or awaiting repairs. If circumstances change, please submit a new report.
