Flytipped box slowly making its way from the doorsteps of 7 and 8 Oxford Row and acquiring more rubbish, been here for a few days Seems to be some means of identifying the culprits and charging them for the expensive cleanup so my council tax can be spent on more important and socially beneficial issues?
