Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8376114.

Damaged/collapsed manhole cover - outside 114 Hillside Avenue

This cover is completely disintegrated and the concrete has lifted up and there is now an exposed hole which is a dangerous trip hazard. Please could this be repaired asap?

This has caused a bad injury to a contractor in the area so needs looking into asap.
