This scaffolding has been up for over a year to fix a masonry issue highlighted 12 months ago and a look to fix in March (seen through permissions), so why are developers and their scaffolding company allowed to treat this piece of Bath as a building yard? This would never happen in the Circus , the scaffolding had been up for way too long and I’m afraid we don’t own the best spots of Bath but we are not a scaffolding yard! The developers have money but why do the residents have to suffer this ? The scaffolding isn’t even checked weekly as required, anyone else up for a whole platform of scaffolding in front of one of the many empty homes on the Royal Crescent then walking away?!!
