Heavy covering of wet leaves on the road

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 days, 18 minutes later. Council ref: 8391609.

I wanted to see if there was to be a planned road clearing for leaves on Sion Hill? At the bottom of the loop in particular the road is now covered with brown sludge and is very slippery.

Similarly the elevated pavement as you walk to Cavendish Road is very slippery. Can this be cleaned?
