Potholes/sunken drain

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8392941.

The recently repaired sunken drains/potholes on the westbound carriageway have failed and are causing cyclists to swerve in to the flow of the traffic. The drain repairs need to be re-inspected. Thank you.
