Multiple large bins on pavement
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8413410.
These bins have been on the pavement on London road and 2 more up Thomas street for at least a week, if not, a couple of days more

People are now adding rubbish into these bins. It's just a matter of time before they start really smelling!

These bins are still here. People are now adding their black household waste binbags into them, and one of them is now overflowing. Its just a matter of time before they start smelling and rats will be having a feast!

In spite of being reported on the 13th November these bins are STILL there. This is a month after being reported. How long does it take to remove a clear obstruction of a pavement?

Most of these bins were removed yesterday, but there are still 2 left on Thomas street
