Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8413829.

It has been reported before and when you showed up to cut them, a woman start crying and stopped the operative to do their works. She is not reprasentive of myself or my neighbouers so you shouldn't listen to her and proceed with cutting the brambles.
