Thick ivy overhangs the pavement at head height

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8423389.

Thick ivy overhangs the pavement immediately west of the kissing gate that exits public right of way BA4/8, making most of the pavement impassable. Very difficult to navigate with two small children.
