Bollard and pavement

I would like to report that all the bollard on the corner of Culver road and Cranmore Avenue have now gone, one is just about standing. Cars started parking again on the grass pavement damaging the grass and blocking the junction which is already very tight. Cars coming from Culver road have stop right in the middle of the road to pass by. The issue was already reposted back in June this year and was alocated to a contractor but nothing happened so far. Thank you for your help.
