BANES closed my last report as the 2 blocked drains on Stoke Hill were apparently part of a schedule of works but they are still blocked and surface water is flowing down Stoke Hill directly into Chew Stoke Brook, which is making the likelihood of flooding much worse. This needs to be dealt with ASAP
