The lady who lives at number 7 had a stroke and now has significant mobility problems. She has to take the step out of her property at right angles which puts her in line for a trip hazard fall. The manhole cover is slightly raised which is the trip hazard. This is a small repair but will save a trip to the hospital or worse. Please fix ASAP.
