Yellow plastic cover on pavement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8492698.

There has been a hole on the pavement for over a year, covered by a temporary yellow plastic cover. This moves about as people walk on it and is slippy when wet. I reported this a long time ago and nothing has happened. It's dangerous to pedestrians and unfair that the utility companies can leave a damaged pavement for so long
