Made safer (maybe) for vehicles but not pedestrians!!!

Reported via desktop in the Park safety issue category anonymously at 09:39, Wed 3 December 2025

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8495383.

Good to see someone with some sense took my report and acted on it, the only issue his they decided to make the pedestrian safety report only relevant for vehicle traffic. They have put wood chips in the gap between metal plates( avoiding the drain cover - must be re-enforced I guess). But have ignored the risk to walkers this demonstrates to me the lack of consistency with Bathnes and its Lib Deb council who ordinarily persecute motorists in favour for pedestrians - maybe the financial benefit from the Christmas market outweighs any risk to pedestrians!
