Bridge is very dangerous, slipped as no proper lighting on bridge and the level of frost and injured hip. The bridge is far more slippy than surrounding frost covered surfaces.

Thank you for your report. Bath & North East Somerset Council provide a Winter service and more information can be found here: https://www.bathnes.gov.uk/ find-out-where-we-grit-winter.
At present our resource are focused on treating priority gritting routes which can also be seen on this link: https://www.bathnes.gov.uk/ webforms/ maps/ ?center=51.35253199944113,-2.4480888658019277&zoom=12&map=highwaysandtravel&base=Ordnance%20Survey&categories=highwaysandtravel_gritting&wfslayers=mlyr-804010,mlyr-804033
In addition there are a number of strategically placed grit bins for self help. There locations can also be found on the link above. To use the grit bins effectively, spread the rock salt thinly in dry weather, before the temperature drops below zero, or snow falls. Approximately one tablespoon of salt is enough for a square metre of ground.
